Along time she suffered, her troubles were sore
But know it is ended, she suffers no more
She sleeps-we will leave her in peace to rest
The parting is painful, but God knowest best
Also of Miriam, her sister
Who died Oct 20th 1918, Aged 33 years
So unexpected was the call
Her sudden death surpised us all
Perhaps some day we'll understand
When we meet again in the better land.
